“将欲取之,必先予之”,是说要想从对方赚取某种利益,首先给予对方一定的好处,“予”是手段,“取”是目的,这是我国古代一种颇有影响的谋略思想。这一谋略,在国外企业家的营销公关中,可说被发挥得淋漓尽致,精彩纷呈。予之有术,取之有道美国某城郊外,有块闲置多年没法利用的不毛之地。有一天,土地所有者终于想出了一个主意,他找到当地政府部门,对官员说:“我这块地不要钱,给你们盖所大学如何?”当地政府欣然接受他的建议,并马上调拨资金,组织施工。
