目的研究山兰多糖对免疫系统受损伤小鼠的作用。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低下,将实验小鼠分为空白对照组(0.9%Na Cl溶液)、模型对照组、阳性对照组(6.15μl/g)、山兰多糖高剂量、中剂量、低剂量组(270μg/g、135μg/g、67.5μg/g)。各组采取相应干预措施处理后,对小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素及吞噬系数进行测定。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组各免疫指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组及山兰多糖高、中、低剂量均对提高脾脏指数有显著影响(P<0.01),山兰多糖中剂量对迟发型变态反应影响显著(P<0.01),山兰多糖高剂量对所有免疫指标均有显著影响(P<0.01)。结论山兰多糖高剂量可对免疫低下小鼠起到免疫提高的作用。
Objective To study the effect of strychni polysaccharide on immune system injured mice. Methods Mice were immunized with cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally. The mice were divided into blank control group (0.9% Na Cl solution), model control group, positive control group (6.15μl / g) Medium dose, low dose group (270μg / g, 135μg / g, 67.5μg / g). After each group took corresponding interventions, the spleen index, thymus index, late-onset allergy, serum hemolysin and phagocytic coefficient of mice were determined. Results Compared with the blank control group, the immune indexes in the model control group were significantly different (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, the positive control group and the high, medium and low dose of Prynne polysaccharide had a significant effect on increasing the spleen index (P <0.01), and the dose of Prynne polysaccharide significantly affected the delayed type hypersensitivity (P <0.01) The high dose of Prynne polysaccharide had significant effect on all the immune parameters (P <0.01). Conclusion High dose of sage polysaccharide can play an immunological role in immunosuppressive mice.
