为了实现对老旧破损桥梁的高精度动态监测,提出一种基于激光检测的老旧桥梁破损程度评估方法。采用高速激光三维扫描和红外视觉成像分析方法进行老旧桥梁的图像信息采集,对老旧桥梁的破损、焊缝、裂缝等部位进行三维激光成像建模,对采集的激光图像进行边缘轮廓检测和图像分割处理。构建桥梁的疲劳荷载效应概率模型,采用多层纹理预测方法进行老旧桥梁破损特征点提取和裂缝发展动态评估,实现对老旧桥梁破损状态的准确预测和评估。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行老旧桥梁破损程度评估,对桥梁损伤点的定位精度较高,评估的可靠性指标更好,失效概率最小。
In order to realize the high-precision dynamic monitoring of the old and damaged bridges, a method of evaluating the damage degree of old bridges based on laser detection is proposed. High-speed laser 3D scanning and infrared visual imaging analysis method for image acquisition of the old bridge, the old bridge damage, weld, cracks and other parts of the three-dimensional laser imaging modeling, the acquisition of the laser image edge detection and Image segmentation processing. The probability model of fatigue load of bridges is constructed. The multi-layer texture prediction method is used to extract the characteristic points of the damaged bridges and evaluate the dynamic development of the fractures so as to realize the accurate prediction and assessment of the damaged state of the old bridges. The simulation results show that the proposed method can be used to evaluate the damage degree of the old bridge, which has higher positioning accuracy for bridge damage points, better reliability index and minimum failure probability.
