1991年,湖北省枝江县水泥厂推行了“岗位技能工资制”,极大地增强了企业活力,促进了企业发展。主要做法是: 一、认真做好“五定”1、定岗。根据水泥生产工艺过程的设备布局、场区环境、安全要求和经营、管理、后勤服务的性质和工作量等要素,参照行业定岗标准,将全厂所有工作进行划分,定为125个岗位。在定岗过程中以劳动定额和安全操作规程为依据,避免因人设岗,人浮于事;避免脱离实际,造成岗位间劳动强度苦乐不均。
