本实验研究莫合烟对大鼠心室乳头肌动作电位和收缩力的影响,发现莫合烟可降低乳头肌的收缩力,使动作电位0期最大除极速度(Vmax)和幅度(APA)下降,动作电位时程(APD)延长;这些变化与烟纸种类无关。提示:莫合烟可抑制心室肌细胞膜的Na+、Ca+、K+通道。
In this study, we investigated the effects of MOF on the action potential and contractility of the ventricular papillary muscles in rats. We found that MOF reduced the contractility of papillary muscles and decreased the maximal depolarization speed (Vmax) and amplitude (APA) , Action potential duration (APD) extended; these changes have nothing to do with the type of cigarette paper. Tip: Mo-smoke can inhibit ventricular myocyte membrane Na +, Ca +, K + channels.
