2008年是国内汽车后市场发展坎坷的一年,去年下半年开始,金融危机传导至行业的速度之快、幅度之广、影响之深超出了很多人预期。危机伊始,很多厂家对这场危机对汽车后市场影响估计不足,但随着行业下滑趋势愈来愈明显,断言行业即将崩溃的言论又甚嚣尘上。危机之前,乐观的揠苗助长和悲观的杞人忧天都不足取,在外销锐减、消费乏力、渠道变窄的情况下,与其说我们面临的是经济危机,倒不如说我们遇到的是心理危机,一场对行业缺乏愿景、对自身匮缺信心的群体心理危机,从这个角度来看,3月举办的以“信心·2009”为主题的4S店高级研修班、4S店盈利模式论坛以及改装展览会等一系列活动起到了凝聚人心、重建信心的示范作用。
