1 病例介绍患者 女, 15岁。左腰部疼痛 2年余。3月前突然左腰部疼痛加剧,来我院就诊。尿常规RBC+++。行CT检查所见:左肾中段外侧可见一半月形高密度,肾体积增大,肾窦及肾实质可见脂肪密度及不规则条索状影。CT诊断:左肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤伴肾包膜下出血(图 1)。3月后再次来我?
1 case description Female patient, 15 years old. Left lower back pain more than 2 years. Suddenly left lower extremity pain intensified 3 months ago, to our hospital. Urine routine RBC +++. CT scan line seen: the middle of the left kidney can be seen half of the high density of the lunar shape, increased renal volume, renal parenchyma and renal parenchymal visible fat density and irregular cord-like shadow. CT Diagnosis: Left renal angiomyolipoma with renal capsule hemorrhage (Figure 1). Come to me again in March?
