目的:探讨脂血、溶血和胆红素对实时荧光定量PCR检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)RNA的影响。方法:根据不同要求收集特定的临床标本,采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)测定标本中HCV RNA的含量。结果:高血脂组、溶血组和高胆红素组的检测结果与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用核酸提取柱法处理标本,可避免样本中脂血、溶血和胆红素等干扰物质对实验结果的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of lipids, hemolysis and bilirubin on the detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Methods: Specific clinical specimens were collected according to different requirements, and the contents of HCV RNA in samples were determined by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR). Results: The results of hyperlipidemia group, hemolysis group and hyperbilirubin group showed no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The method of using nucleic acid extraction column to treat samples can avoid the influence of the interference substances such as lipids, hemolysis and bilirubin on the experimental results.
