采用薄层色谱法对骆驼蓬子、软膏中骆驼蓬子，天仙子进行了鉴别；并采用紫外分光光度法对骆驼蓬子中的骆驼蓬总生物碱进行了含量测定。所用方法简单，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify Peganum bicolor, Peganum bicolor, and Tianzizi. The content of total alkaloids in Peganum harmala was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The method used is simple and reproducible, and can be used as the quality control standard of the preparation.
