危机管理意识能够进一步提高施工人员对质量和安全的重视程度,也能够在危机发生时减少损失的产生,同时更好的提高建筑施工管理质量,因此进一步加强对其的研究非常有必要。但就目前的情况来看,在建筑施工过程中,还存在着施工过程中安全漏洞较多、安全监督力度不够,施工安全和质量管理意识较差、管理机制不完善等问题,严重影响了建筑施工管理质量的提高,因此需要采取有效的方法进行优化,从而确保工程顺利完成。基于此本文分析了危机管理意识在建筑施工管理中的应用。
