在原油生产现场,监测原油中的沉淀物质和含水量对原油输送工作是十分必要的。这一监测工作可由人工操作完成,或者由一些象电容检测仪、密度测量或者能量吸收测定仪一样的仪器来完成。在原油输送过程中,测定原油中的沉淀物和水的含量是按照美国石油学会(API)的石油计量标准手册(MPMS)来实现的。在油田上,常用的检测方法是用现场离心法。如果操作得当,可获得很准确的结果。这一工作可在试验室中完成,但样品处理却很关键。
In the crude oil production site, monitoring the precipitation of crude oil and water content of the crude oil transportation is very necessary. This monitoring can be done manually or by some sort of instrument like a capacitance tester, a density sensor, or an energy-absorbing sensor. During crude oil transportation, the determination of sediment and water content in crude oil was carried out in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Petroleum Metrology Manual (MPMS). In the field, the commonly used detection method is to use the field centrifugation method. If done properly, you get very accurate results. This work can be done in the lab, but sample handling is crucial.
