目的了解于2013年1月1日起正式施行的《预包装食品营养标签通则》实施初和实施1年后营养标签标识情况的变化。方法 2013年5月和2014年5月,选择在广州市4家大、中、小型的连锁超市现场进行营养标签拍照调查,并判断其规范性。结果 2013年预包装食品中标示营养成分表、营养声称和营养成分功能声称的分别为973种(93.7%),160种(15.4%),89种(8.6%),2014年分别为854种(96.2%)、47种(5.3%)、26种(2.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为5.261,51.225,27.234,P=0.022,P<0.001,P<0.001)。被调查预包装食品,符合《通则》标准的营养声称和功能声称的前三位营养素均为钙及其他矿物质、维生素、蛋白质。结论《通则》实施后,广州超市食品营养标签总体标示率显著提高,《通则》的实施有利于引导消费者选择更为健康的食品,但仍需要进一步的监督与实施。
Objectives To understand the changes of labeling of nutrition labels one year after the implementation of the General Principles of Nutrition Labeling for Pre-packaged Food, which was put into effect on January 1, 2013. Methods In May 2013 and May 2014, we chose to conduct a nutritional labeling survey on four large, medium and small supermarket chains in Guangzhou and to determine their normative. Results In 2013, pre-packaged foods labeled 973 (93.7%), 160 (15.4%), 89 (8.6%), and 844 96.2%), 47 species (5.3%) and 26 species (2.9%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.261,51.225,27.234, P = 0.022, P <0.001, P <0.001). The top three nutrients claimed for pre-packaged foods, nutrition claims and functional claims that meet the “General Principles” standards are all calcium and other minerals, vitamins, and proteins. Conclusion After the implementation of the “General Rules”, the general labeling rate of food nutrition labels in Guangzhou Supermarkets has been significantly raised. The implementation of the “General Rules” is conducive to guiding consumers to choose healthier foods. However, they still need further supervision and implementation.
