6月28日上午,全国人大常委会分组审议国务院关于2010年中央决算报告,并进行专题询问。9时许,记者来到位于人民大会堂内蒙古厅的第五组会场时,与会委员及来自财政部、审计署的应询人已基本落座。这是今年全国人大常委会进行的首次专题询问,但对委员们来说专题询问并不陌生,有了2010年参与三次专题询问的经验,记者发现委员们表现出有备而来的从容。
On the morning of June 28, the NPC Standing Committee examined and deliberated the State Council’s report on the final accounts of the central government in 2010 and conducted special inquiries. At 9 o’clock, when the reporter arrived at the fifth group of venue located in the Inner Hall of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the participants and the informers from the Ministry of Finance and the Audit Commission have basically taken the seat. This is the first inquisition conducted by the NPC Standing Committee this year. However, it is not uncommon for the commissioners to make special inquiries. With the experience of participating in three special inquiries in 2010, the reporters found that members showed calmness and preparedness.
