农村自办宴席是餐饮监管中较为薄弱、风险高发的环节,为保障全省农村自办宴席食品安全,提升农村餐饮食品安全水平,2014年底,安徽省局出台了《安徽省食品药品监督管理局关于加强农村自办宴席食品安全工作的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》),对农村自办宴席监管工作提出明确要求。《意见》明确推行备案指导、厨师持证上岗、食品及原料检查、加工场所及用具清洁消毒等制度。根据《意见》,就餐人数50人以上的农村自办宴席活动,以举办者主动申报和信息员上门收集相结合的方式备案,就餐
