我施工队自1974年开始,在多层住宅中使用自制钢管井架,作为垂直运输设备,并在高层住宅施工中使用,均取得了良好效果,现已在我公司全面推广使用。钢管井架每节高2.9米,适用于多层楼房,最高能逐节升至工4层楼房。最大载重量为1.0吨,每次上料满载小车三辆。采用1.5～2吨卷扬机作为机械动力。井架平面为2.70×2.70米(见图1)。 Since 1974, our construction team has used self-made steel pipe derricks in multi-storey houses as vertical transportation equipment and used them in the construction of high-rise residential buildings. All of these have achieved good results and are now widely used in our company. The steel pipe derrick is 2.9 meters high per section and is suitable for multi-storey buildings. The maximum energy can be raised quarter by step to a 4-story building. The maximum load is 1.0 tons, and each time the material is loaded with three trolleys. A 1.5 to 2 ton hoist was used as mechanical power. The derrick plane is 2.70 x 2.70 meters (see Figure 1).
