随着建筑施工技术手段的不断完善,焊接作为一项常用技术广泛应用于建筑施工中。20世纪早期,随着第一次和第二次世界大战开战,对军用器材廉价可靠的连接方法需求极大,故促进了焊接技术的发展。今天,随着焊接机器人在工业应用中的广泛应用,研究人员仍在深入研究焊接的本质,继续开发新的焊接方法,以进一步提高焊接质量。焊接技术就是高温或高压条件下,使用焊接材料将两块或两块以上的母材连接成一个整体的操作方法。使同性或异性两工件产生原子间结合的加工工艺和联接方式。焊接应用广泛,既可用于金属,也可用于非金属。在建筑工程施工中,焊接是个常用的技术手段,笔者就根据其的特点以及各种施工工艺来简单介绍一下焊接技术。
With the continuous improvement of construction techniques, welding is widely used in construction as a common technology. Today, with the widespread use of welding robots in industrial applications, researchers are still delving into the nature of welding and continue to develop new welding methods to further improve the welding quality.
