卜睿,1986年出生,2009年毕业于长春大学电子信息工程学院。大学期间,因为看到一则关于“问题豆腐”的新闻,她便立志返乡用祖传手艺制作绿色健康的豆制品。毕业后,她作为祖辈上第一名大学生,不顾亲人的强烈反对,毅然走上了“豆腐创业”的艰难路程。六年的时间,卜睿将小作坊发展为占地4000平方米的公司,并注册了“卜家”这个品牌,获得了吉林省质量技术监督
