运用超声波水浸聚焦入射法对镀锌钢-1420铝锂合金异质板材点焊接头进行超声波C扫描成像检测,研究接头的C扫描图像特征,并对C扫描图像各特征部分的A扫描信号进行采集、分析;借助MTS材料试验机对试件进行拉伸-剪切试验,测试接头的力学性能。结果表明:超声波水浸聚焦入射法能有效地检测异质板材点焊接头的内部特征及飞溅等典型焊接缺陷;当其他焊接参数不变,焊接电流在9.5~11 kA范围内变化时,随着焊接电流的增加,接头的失效载荷从3448.7 N增大到4593.8 N;当焊接电流增大到11.5 kA时,接头出现严重飞溅,且其失效载荷下降到4339.1 N。
Ultrasonic C-scan imaging of galvanized steel-1420 Al-Li alloy heterogeneous sheet welded joints was carried out by ultrasonic immersion-focused method. The characteristics of C-scan images of joints were studied. The A-scan signals of each characteristic part of C-scan images Acquisition, analysis; Tensile - shear test of the specimen by MTS material testing machine to test the mechanical properties of the joint. The results show that the ultrasonic water immersion focus-on method can effectively detect the internal features of the spot welded joints of heterogeneous sheets and the typical welding defects such as spatter. When the welding parameters are constant and the welding current varies from 9.5 to 11 kA, As the welding current increases, the failure load of the joint increases from 3448.7 N to 4593.8 N. When the welding current increases to 11.5 kA, the joint is seriously splashed and its failure load drops to 4339.1 N.
