收集黔桂消除疟疾联防区相关县(市)2012-2013年疟疾疫情资料和监测数据,对发热病人及部分健康人群的血检情况,疟疾病例的时间分布、地区分布和职业分布等特征进行统计分析。2012-2013年联防区共血检本地居民、外出返乡的本地居民、外来流动人员分别为253 606、11 212和19 843人次,仅在外出返乡的本地居民中检出疟原虫阳性30例,均为境外输入性病例,主要为从非洲回国的送变电工程建设工人,其中广西有28例分布在6个县,贵州有2例分布在2个县(市)。
