目的探讨手足口病的发病特点、临床表现及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2009年11月至2010年12月收住院的137例手足口病患儿的其临床特点,并采取临床治疗观察疗效。结果手足口病好发于5岁以下儿童,临床特点以发热、手、足、口腔皮疹或疱疹为主要表现;经抗感染及对症治疗,患者均可达到临床治愈,预后良好。结论手足口病为儿科常见的病毒感染性疾病,及时识别,积极治疗,多能取得良好疗效。
Objective To explore the incidence of HFMD, its clinical manifestations and treatment. Methods The clinical features of 137 HFMD children admitted to our hospital from November 2009 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects were observed by clinical treatment. Results Hand, foot and mouth disease occurred in children under 5 years of age. The clinical features were fever, hand, foot, oral rash or herpes as the main manifestation. After anti-infective and symptomatic treatment, the patients achieved clinical cure and the prognosis was good. Conclusion Hand, foot and mouth disease is a common viral infectious disease in pediatrics, and timely recognition and active treatment can achieve good results.
