一机部推广普低鋼經驗交流技术会议对普低鋼15MnV从材料、制造、焊接材料三方面进行了討論与交流,现小結于下。材料 1.化学成份:制造厂复验化学成份稳定,一般均在标准范围内,为进一步改善常溫、低溫,时效冲击韌性,制造厂代表要求含V量上限≤0.12％。复驗結果最大不超过0.12％,70％在0.08～0.10％之間,絕大部份在0.1％以下。
A machine to promote the general low steel experience exchange technology meeting on the general low steel 15MnV from the material, manufacture, welding material three aspects of discussion and exchange, are summarized below. Materials 1. Chemical composition: The chemical composition of reinspection in the factory is stable and generally within the standard range. To further improve the room temperature, low temperature and aging impact toughness, the manufacturer’s representative requires that the upper limit of the amount of V be ≤ 0.12%. Retest results up to no more than 0.12%, 70% 0.08 ~ 0.10%, the vast majority of less than 0.1%.
