目的 :探讨血压平滴鼻剂 (下称“血压平”)对自发性高血压大鼠血压血浆肾素血管紧张素的影响。方法 :将自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR) 32只 ,随机分为 4组 ,即模型组 ;血压平小剂量组 ;血压平大剂量组 ;复方罗布麻片组。同时另取 8只SD大鼠作为正常对照组。结果 :血压平能降低自发性高血压大鼠血压血浆肾素血管紧张素水平 ,与复方罗布麻片组比较有显著差异。结论 :降低血浆肾素血管紧张素可能是血压平的降压机理之一
Objective: To investigate the effect of blood pressure Ping nose nasal drops (hereinafter referred to as “blood pressure flat”) on plasma renin angiotensin in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods: Thirty-two spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, low-dose group, high-dose group and Compound Apocynum group. At the same time take another 8 SD rats as a normal control group. Results: BPH can reduce the level of plasma renin angiotensin in spontaneously hypertensive rats, which is significantly different from that of compound Apocynin tablet. Conclusion: Lowering plasma renin angiotensin may be one of the mechanisms of antihypertensive effect of blood pressure level
