我是一九五八年才调去崖西人民公社做档案工作,还兼职办理公社户籍登记、申请出国、群众来信来访、民政、会计和财粮等工作。开始,崖西人民公社的档案工作,制度很不健全,文件到处乱放,并分散生各个干部手里,因而遗失很多。由于自己兼职多,不会合理安排时间,形成工作上忙忙碌碌顾此失彼。在思想上,对档案工作也不很重视,认为可有可无,可快可慢。因此,档案室工作形成自流。后来,经过公社领导的帮助和实践的教训,逐步认识到档案工作的重要性,开始热爱了档案工作,因此,想尽各种方法,争取把公社档案工作做好。首先,争取领导的信任和重视。我是从两方面入手 I was transferred to Yaxi People’s Commune in 1958 to do the archival work.
