Recently, South Korea announced the major R & D projects to be implemented by the steel industry in 2010. KANIST held a project hearing in Seoul. Representatives from South Korean steel companies, universities and technical institutes attended the meeting. 2010 steel industry will be the implementation of the main R & D projects: thermal power plant equipment with high strength and high corrosion resistance steel production technology open
