为了探讨颗粒饲料、青饲料单一饲养与混合饲养草鱼种的效果,我们特进行了对比试验,现将其试验情况报告如下: 一、材料和方法 1、颗粒饲料的制作: 以稻谷30％、菜饼30％、糠饼25％、蚕蛹13％、河蚌壳粉1％、食盐1％混合,并膨化成直径3毫米的颗粒饲料备用,此种饲料在水中可漂浮31小时。 2、青绿饲料: 采用鹅菜,但试验在9——10月份,鹅菜已开花结籽,只采集叶片、嫩茎喂鱼。 3、试验水体: 试验鱼养在容水量约为0.4立方米的流水孵化桶中,取用湖水,经纱窗过滤后流入孵化桶中。试验水温16——27℃,平均20.9℃。溶氧为0.8——3.72毫克/升。
