导言再生式空气预热器是利用锅炉烟道余热燃烧所需空气进行预热的一种热交换器。因它具有结构紧凑,能改善燃烧,提高锅炉热效率及有利于劣质燃料的燃烧等优点,正越来越广泛地使用于各火力发电站及钢铁、炼油和化工等行业。随着发电设备的不断更新,锅炉技术的迅速发展,再生式空气预热器也不断向大直径、高效率的方向发展。为了妥善解决由各种因素造成的再生式空气预热器的运行、使用、维修方面的问题,确保安全经济地运行,本文就日本关西地区各电厂使用的最具代表性的再生式空气预热器的使用实践作如下介绍。
