作为一名职业院校的实训课老师,笔者一直处于教育教学第一线,从事专业实践课的教学,对于教学也是在不断学习和探索。在职业院校PLC教学中,学生大多有着学习主动性较差、学习兴趣不高等问题,如何激发和保持他们的学习兴趣,使他们把专业理论知识和实践操作技能有机结合起来,培养出适应当前社会需要,能够解决生产企业中实际问题的、具有较强的专业能力和编程水平的人才,是很值得我们老师探讨的一个话题。
As a vocational training teacher, I have been in the forefront of education and teaching, engaged in the teaching of professional practice class, but also for teaching is constantly learning and exploration. In the PLC teaching in vocational schools, most of the students have the problems of poor learning initiative and low learning interest, how to stimulate and maintain their interest in learning so that they can combine the professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills to cultivate the students’ Social needs, to solve practical problems in the production of enterprises, with strong professional skills and programming level of talent, it is worth our teacher to discuss a topic.
