本文研究了间氯偶氮安替比林与钙的显色反应及其在岩矿分析中的应用。实验表明:在0.08摩尔/升氢氧化钠的介质中,间氯偶氮安替比林与钙迅速形成1∶1的稳定的蓝色络合物。在0—50微克/毫升符合比尔定律。采用三乙醇胺—酒石酸掩蔽体系,硅酸岩中共存离子和常见阴离子在一定浓度范围内,不会干扰测定。该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好和适应范围广等特点,是一种较理想的快速分析钙的方法.
In this paper, the color reaction of anti-clozapine and antipyretic and its application in rock and mine analysis was studied. Experiments show that in a 0.08 mol / L sodium hydroxide solution, meta-chloroantipyrine and calcium rapidly form a 1: 1 stable blue complex. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0-50 μg / ml. Triethanolamine - tartaric acid masking system, silicate coexisting ions and common anions in a certain concentration range, will not interfere with the determination. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and adaptable to a wide range of characteristics, is an ideal method for rapid analysis of calcium.
