四川美丰2013年6月11日公告,与中国石化四川天然气有限责任公司签署了《液化天然气技术开发与应用项目合资合作框架协议》。协议的主要内容为:双方在成都共同投资设立合资公司——四川双瑞能源有限公司,首期合作项目为阆中市、巴中市液化天然气工程项目。首期合作项目注册资本金约占双方首期合作项目总投资1.2亿元的32%,即3 840万元。
Sichuan Meifeng announced on June 11, 2013 that it signed the “Framework Agreement on Joint Venture and Cooperation for the Development and Application of LNG Technologies” with Sinopec Sichuan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The main contents of the agreement are as follows: Both parties jointly invest in Chengdu to set up a joint venture company, Sichuan Shuangrui Energy Co., Ltd. The first cooperation project is Langzhong and Bazhong LNG projects. The registered capital of the first cooperation project accounts for about 32%, or 38.4 million yuan, of the total investment of the first phase of cooperation projects between the two parties.
