Organized by the Chinese Arts and Crafts Society Glass Art Committee and co-organized by the Faculty of Arts of Qiqihar University, “The First Chinese Glass Art Theory Symposium” will be held on May 21, 2004 at the Art Institute of Qiqihar University in Heilongjiang Province.
