目的分析评价食品从业人员艾滋病健康教育效果。方法依托食品卫生监督对全区食品从业人员进行艾滋病健康教育,在教育前后分别随机抽取600名食品从业人员,对其进行问卷调查,分析评价教育效果。结果食品从业人员对艾滋病防治知识、传播途径、认识态度的正确回答率教育前分别为74.8%、73.7%、82.8%,教育后分别提高到87.8%、85.6%、94.6%,经检验教育前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食品从业人员健康教育后艾滋病防治知识知晓率提前达到了《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006-2010年)》85%以上的规定要求。说明依托食品卫生监督开展食品从业人员艾滋病健康教育效果显著,切实可行。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of AIDS health education among food practitioners. Methods Relying on the supervision of food hygiene, we conducted AIDS health education for food practitioners in the region. Before and after education, we randomly selected 600 food practitioners and conducted questionnaires to analyze and evaluate the effects of education. Results The correct rate of response to HIV / AIDS prevention and control knowledge, route of transmission and awareness of food practitioners was 74.8%, 73.7% and 82.8% respectively before education. After education, the correct answer rate was 87.8%, 85.6% and 94.6% respectively. Before and after the education, All were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control after health education of food practitioners reaches the requirement of more than 85% of the “China Action Plan to Prevent and Control AIDS (2006-2010)” ahead of schedule. Relying on food hygiene supervision to carry out AIDS health education for food workers significant effect, practical.
