多年来,我国资本市场以上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所主板为主,深圳中小板介于主板和二板之间。创业板使我国真正具有了二板市场,丰富了资本市场体系。纵观欧美各国最近百年的发展历史,不难发现资本市场的重要作用。而多层次资本市场体系的建立与成熟,有效地满足了企业融资需求,活跃了市场,带动了经济增长。针对不同规模或处于不同发展阶段的企业,资金需求、风险大小及利用资本市场的能力不同,资本市场应具有不同的层次,才能更好地服务不同的企业。比如初创期和成长
