(三)静态自控法 倘若将自我控制按其状态分类,则有静态自控和动态自控两种。在此,我们只谈静态自控。所谓静态自控,就是通过制订规范、守则、座右铭等进行自我约束,促使自己按时按质完成学习任务,实现学习目标。 这种方法是学生新我战胜旧我、自我教育、自我管理的方法。有人说:自新应似长江水,日夜奔流无歇时。这种自我约束,有利于经常鞭策自己,形成自我教育能力。 [示例一]
