知识城市的发展会更大地诱发出该地区经济增长和区域竞争的潜能,从而使该区域获得快速的增长。这一切的关键就在于人才。如何吸引人才,对于驱动欠发达地区的区域经济增长有着至关重要的作用。本文从这一视角出发,通过对我国19个省30个城市的知识工人对城市以及城市内房屋及社区的选择问题进行了调查,并运用NL模型对问卷数据进行分析,得出各种年龄段的知识工人对东部二线城市都有极浓厚的兴趣、处于研发岗位的人才更倾向于选择东部一线城市等一系列结论,从而对欠发达地区的城市管理政策给予相应的建议。
The development of a knowledge-based city will more greatly stimulate the potential for economic growth and regional competition in the region, resulting in rapid growth in the region. From this perspective, this paper investigates the selection of houses and communities in urban and urban areas by knowledge workers in 30 cities in 19 provinces of China and analyzes the questionnaire data using NL model, Of knowledge workers have a strong interest in the second tier cities in the east. Those in the research and development positions are more inclined to choose a series of conclusions such as the first tier cities in the east and give corresponding suggestions to the urban management policies in the less developed regions.
