In order to investigate the microbial contamination in the medical units of our city, we conducted the monitoring on the disinfection status of 4 municipal hospitals and 35 township hospitals in 1997 and 1998 respectively. The results are reported as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1. 1 material sources from August to October 1997 and from August to October 1998, respectively, the city’s four municipal hospitals and 35 township health
