我县把建设好一支乡镇企业会计队伍,作为促进企业转换经营机制,推动企业走向市场的措施,我们的做法:一、把乡镇企业会计队伍建设,列入县领导工作议事日程1、采取多种措施使全社会关心、重视和支持乡镇企业会计队伍的建设工作。县委通过电视、广播、报纸等舆论阵地加强对企业会计工作的宣传报道:通过经验交流,总结表彰,提高会计人员的地位。1992年以来,县委、县政府和各乡镇坚持每年年终开展一次评选优秀企业会计活动,并对连续三年被评上优秀企业会计的,在工作和生活方面给予优惠待遇。
