目的探讨左旋甲状腺激素对原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂代谢的影响。方法收集在我院治疗的原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者31例,均给予左旋甲状腺激素代替治疗,检测对比治疗前后患者血脂变化。结果治疗后患者LDH及TG均较治疗前明显降低,分别为(105±37.6)U/L和(321.4±115.2)U/L及(1.4±0.8)mmol/L和(3.1±1.7)mmol/L,3组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者存在血脂升高,左旋甲状腺激素代替治疗可以降低血脂水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of levothyroid hormone on lipid metabolism in patients with primary hypothyroidism. Methods Totally 31 patients with primary hypothyroidism who were treated in our hospital were treated with L-thyroid hormone instead of levothyroxine. The changes of blood lipid in patients before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, LDH and TG were significantly lower than those before treatment (105 ± 37.6) U / L and (321.4 ± 115.2) U / L and (1.4 ± 0.8) mmol / L and (3.1 ± 1.7) mmol / L, 3 groups were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with primary hypothyroidism have elevated blood lipids, and L-thyroid hormone replacement therapy can lower blood lipid levels.
