尽管对柴油机机架振动的研究已有二十多年历史,但由于机架和船体结构的复杂性,仍有许多问题有待进一步研究。尤其是近年来,随着长冲程、超长冲程及少气缸低速柴油机的发展,不仅使机架的横振动更为严重,而且使以往少出现的机架纵振动也暴露出来了。由此产生的柴油机、船体及各辅助设备的严重振动和损伤事故时有发生。本文首先用有限元方法从理论上对试车台上柴油机机架振动进行了计算;其次结合机架振动特性对增压器振动作了实测分析;最后讨论了实船航行时的机架振动特性。
Although the research on diesel engine frame vibration has been more than twenty years, there are still many problems to be studied further due to the complexity of the frame and hull structure. Especially in recent years, with the development of long-stroke, long stroke and low-cylinder low-speed diesel engine, not only the horizontal vibration of the frame is more serious, but also the vertical vibration of the frame which appeared in the past is also exposed. The resulting serious vibration and damage to diesel engines, hull and auxiliary equipment have occurred. In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate the vibration of the diesel engine frame on the test platform theoretically. Secondly, the vibration of the supercharger is analyzed and measured with the vibration characteristics of the frame. Finally, the vibration characteristics of the frame during the real ship navigation are discussed.
