目的:分析药品不良反应的发生,促进临床合理用药,保障临床治疗用药安全。方法:根据文献资料对我院临床药品不良反应监测数据及临床合理用药经验进行汇总分析。结果:不合理用药及发生不良反应的原因来自医生的用药理念、病人的就医理念、药品本身因素和药品不良反应监测报告制度的缺失。结论:建立和健全药品不良反应监测报告制度,是确保正确服用和保管药品,达到药品安全、有效、经济和适用目标必不可少的举措。
Objective: To analyze the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, to promote clinical rational use of drugs, to ensure the safety of clinical treatment. Methods: Based on the literature data of our hospital clinical drug adverse reaction monitoring data and clinical experience of rational use of drugs summarized. Results: The reasons for irrational use of drugs and adverse reactions came from doctors’ concept of medication, the concept of medical treatment of patients, the factors of drug itself and the lack of reporting system of adverse drug reaction monitoring. Conclusion: Establishing and perfecting the reporting system of adverse drug reaction monitoring is an indispensable measure to ensure the proper taking and safekeeping of drugs and to achieve the goals of drug safety, efficacy, economy and application.
