目的:观察分析牙列缺损覆盖义齿修复的临床疗效。方法:将我院在2012年6月至2015年5月收治的200例牙列缺损的患者,通过随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组患者给予覆盖义齿修复治疗,对照组患者给予固定义齿修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组接受治疗后总有效率明显比对照组高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对牙列缺损的患者急进行覆盖义齿修复,效果显著,值得在临床上应用及推广。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of denture overdenture repair. Methods: 200 cases of dentition defects in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2015 were divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases) by random grouping method. Patients in observation group were treated with overdenture prosthesis, and control group Group patients were treated with fixed denture repair, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The dentition defect repair patients with urgent overdenture, the effect is significant, it is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
