在文献资料调研的基础上,运用无结构访谈、逻辑分析等方法分析了“扩招”后安徽省高校体育教育专业人才培养现状与存在的问题。提出通过修订培养目标,重构人才培养体系,大力推进课程改革,提高选修课的比例,加强学生能力培养,建立学生成绩的多元评价体系和优化师资队伍结构等人才培养模式改革的思路,以培养“扩招”后具有多元复合型特征的高校体育教育专业人才。
Based on the literature research, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of physical education professionals training in colleges and universities in Anhui Province by means of non-structured interview and logical analysis. Put forward the idea of reformation of personnel training mode by revising training objectives, rebuilding talent training system, vigorously promoting curriculum reform, increasing the proportion of elective courses, strengthening students' ability training, establishing multiple evaluation system of student achievement and optimizing the structure of teaching staff to cultivate “Expansion of ” after the multi-compound characteristics of college physical education professionals.
