麻风查菌在MDT中占有重要位置。我们用方差法估计各个涂膜BI的符合情况,证明基层检验人员的读片结果令人满意。此法可作考核镜检质量的方法之一。从十二个县抽取皮肤涂片12张(3张阴性、9张阳性),其中1张有5个涂膜,其余有4个,共49个涂膜。由地州实验室主管技师和检验士各l人读片,同时集中基层检验员8人(其中7人从事检验工作10年以上,1人工作2年)用进口显微镜,按Ridley方法计数BI,然后进行比较,用方差评价各涂膜的BI符合率。 1991年总共复查全州85张涂片,平均BI符合率为92%;其中共有360个涂膜,BI符合率为80%,误差占18%。从中抽取涂片12张,供8人检验,结果BI阴性符合率为87.5%,阳性符合率为68%,平均BI符合率为77.8%。以方差估计各涂膜BI的符合情况见下表。
Leprosy bacteria in MDT occupies an important position. We use the variance method to estimate the conformity of each coating BI and prove that the inspection results of the grass-roots inspectors are satisfactory. This method can be used for examining one of the quality of microscopy. A total of 12 skin smears (3 negative, 9 positive) were taken from 12 counties. One of them had 5 coated films and the remaining 4 had a total of 49 coated films.
