本文对49例确诊为急性下壁并右室心肌梗塞患者的心电图做了分析,并对18例患者做了冠状动脉造影检查,探讨和验证了急性下壁心肌梗塞时ST段抬高幅度Ⅲ>Ⅱ导联在右室梗塞诊断中的意义。
