在Al基复合材料的Al18B4O33晶须表面涂覆了Bi(OH)3涂层,研究了烧结温度对该复合材料显微结构和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,复合材料的显微结构变得更粗糙。530、830和1 000℃烧结的复合材料的界面组成分别为Bi+β-Bi2O3、β-Bi2O3+Al4Bi2O9和Al4Bi2O9。烧结温度为530和830℃时,阻尼-温度曲线上出现两个阻尼峰,而1 000℃时只有一个较弱的阻尼峰。其中830℃时,由于进入复合材料的铋增加,所以复合材料的阻尼容量最大。
The Al (OH) 3 coating was coated on Al18B4O33 whiskers of Al matrix composites. The effects of sintering temperature on microstructure and damping properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that as the sintering temperature increases, the microstructure of the composites becomes more rough. The interfacial compositions of the composites sintered at 530, 830 and 1000 ℃ were Bi + β-Bi2O3, β-Bi2O3 + Al4Bi2O9 and Al4Bi2O9, respectively. When the sintering temperature is 530 and 830 ℃, there are two damping peaks on the damping-temperature curve, but only one weaker damping peak at 1000 ℃. Among them, at 830 ℃, the damping capacity of the composites is the largest due to the increase of bismuth entering the composite.
