The regulatory effect of cyclic nucleotides in the cardiovascular system is a more active research topic in the field of medicine in recent years. This article reviews the current research in this field. Cyclic nucleotides and cardiac contractile function experiments show that, when the β-adrenergic receptor on cardiac myocytes increases CAMP production, then positive and negative role in the role of variability. M-receptor excitability is accompanied by decreased production of CAMP or increased production of CGMP, resulting in negative and negative varicosities. Exogenous CAMP and CGMP may mimic these effects. CAMP derivatives dibutyryl CAMP (DBCAMP) more easily through the cell membrane, with DBCAMP to perfuse rats or guinea pig heart, both
