本文通过对全球化的理解,阐释了妇女发展与实现可持续发展的关系;论述了我国妇女参政的政策体系;分析了妇女参政政策存在的问题并提出对策建议。认为,妇女参政本身就是承认妇女的社会境遇,妇女参政政策应坚持倾斜和保护的原则,鼓励、支持妇女进入决策领域,尊重差异性,追求和谐发展,让后发崛起的女性成为推动我国全球化进程中的新支点。
Through the understanding of globalization, this paper illustrates the relationship between women’s development and sustainable development. It discusses the policy system of women’s participation in politics in our country, analyzes the existing problems of women’s participation in politics and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. In the view of women’s participation in politics, women’s social conditions are acknowledged in their own right. Women’s political participation policies should adhere to the principle of tilt and protection, encouraging and supporting women in decision-making, respecting differences and pursuing harmonious development, so that women who emerge from the back can become global forces for promoting our country’s globalization The new fulcrum in the process.
