企业作为团员青年工作组织的基层单位,必须要紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心开展工作,以促进企业发展为目的,进一步转变观念,积极探索新形势、新任务下团青工作的重点,牢牢把握“服务”这个中心,真正实现服务青年、服务企业、服务社会的宗旨,拓宽发展思路,以切实为企业发展作出应有的贡献。因此,加强企业共青团能力建设,做好共青团和青年工作,可以从以下几个方面进行:
