军队医学计量是国防计量的重要组成部分,是确保卫生装备安全服务于部队健康的主要技术保障。1992年12月10日,总后勤部和国防科工委联合向全军颁发了《军队医学计量监督管理办法》（以下简称《管理办法》）,标志着军队医学计量工作走上法规化管理的轨道。 随着医疗科学技术的飞速发展,卫生装备更新速度加快,在技术保障上对计量工作的依赖性逐步增强,要求越来越高。医疗市场日趋繁荣,市场准入制度尚不健全,计量监督管理任务繁重。军队医学计量工作已经开展5年,8个计量一级站、16个计量二级站相继建立,不少医院的医学计量室已开始运转,三级监督管理框架基本构成。但是,受全民计量法律意识不强,军队医学计量监督管理经验不足等的影响,军队医学计量的监督管理体制以及量值传递体制尚不完善,加上人员缺少,经费短缺等制约,还面临许多困难。“八五”结束,“九五”来临,总结过去,展望未来,军队医学计量工作任重道远。根据国家有关规定以及军队的实际情况,正确谋划“九
