With the all-round socio-economic development, it is not uncommon for township hospitals to add a few advanced instruments, but changing their technological backwardness in a short period of time is still a problem. Our hospital spent nearly six years, to strengthen continuing education, and finally to achieve the technology “out of poverty ”. In 1990, only 66 of the 66 doctors and technicians in our hospital were intermediate-level employees, and 14% of them were non-educated.
