我国现有燃燃低挥发份劣质煤的沸腾燃烧锅炉,存在着飞灰量大、飞灰中可燃物含量高的特点,以至粉尘污染严重、锅炉热效率低这两个问题。本文从飞灰和飞灰热损失的构成入手,明确了原煤中粉煤未能得到良好燃烧是飞灰热损失大的主要原因;探讨了现有各种减少飞灰热损失技术措施效果未尽理想的根由,提出了沸腾炉给煤风选粉煤并回收再燃的沸腾燃烧新工艺;由理论分析和实验研究证实了该工艺的实践性。可以预计,该工艺的实施,将有力地推动燃烧劣质煤的普通鼓泡床沸腾炉的发展。
The existing boiling combustion boiler with low volatile and low quality coal in our country has the characteristics of large amount of fly ash and high content of combustibles in fly ash as well as the two problems of serious dust pollution and low boiler thermal efficiency. This paper starts with the composition of heat loss of fly ash and fly ash, and clarifies that the main reason why the pulverized coal in the raw coal can not get good combustion is the large heat loss of the fly ash. The various existing technical measures to reduce the heat loss of the fly ash have not been fully utilized The ideal root cause, put forward a new process of boiling furnace pulverized coal for coal-fired pulverized coal and recovery and reburning; by theoretical analysis and experimental studies confirmed the practicality of the process. It can be predicted that the implementation of the process will effectively promote the development of ordinary bubbling bed boiling furnace for burning inferior coal.
